    This includes the guided writing experience and a personalized written reflection delivered as a PDF shortly after completion.

  • Story to Soul was built with care and intention. The structure, prompts, and synthesis framework were developed and refined over time so that each reflection is handled consistently and carefully. The cost reflects the structure and refinement behind the experience.

  • Most people complete the reflection in one to two hours. You do not need to do it all at once. You can pause and return within the same browser session.

  • There is no required length. Some people write at length, others briefly. Both approaches work.

    You do not need to worry about grammar, tone, or writing style. The reflection you receive is shaped by what you provide.

  • You can pause and return to the reflection as long as you remain in the same browser on the same device. If you close the browser or switch devices, your progress may not be saved.

    The questions, structure, and limits of the reflection were designed by a human (me - Shannon) and refined through extensive testing. Every reflection operates within the structure and limits I designed.

    AI is not used to invent meaning, diagnose, or advise. It is used to organize and reflect patterns already present in your words.
