Story to Soul is a reflective writing experience designed to help people notice patterns across their lives. By using this site and completing the reflection, you agree to the following terms.

Use of the service

Story to Soul provides a guided written reflection followed by a written report generated from what you choose to share.

This service is intended for personal reflection only. It is not therapy, coaching, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or spiritual instruction.

The reflection does not diagnose, advise, direct, or predict outcomes. It reflects patterns present in your own writing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Story to Soul is not designed for use during periods of acute crisis or emotional distress. If you are experiencing significant distress, please seek support from a qualified professional or trusted support network.

What you provide

You are responsible for the content you choose to share in the reflection. You may write as much or as little as you wish.

Story to Soul does not verify, fact-check, or supplement your responses. The depth and quality of the reflection you receive depend on what you choose to provide.

What you receive

After completing the reflection, you will receive your written report by email, usually within minutes.

Story to Soul makes no guarantees regarding personal insight, emotional impact, or life outcomes.

The report is generated through a structured process designed to organize and reflect your responses. It does not summarize answers question by question and does not introduce information you did not provide.

Because each reflection is generated specifically for you based on your input, all purchases are final once the reflection has been delivered.

Payment and refunds

Story to Soul is a one-time paid experience. Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase.

Due to the personalized and automated nature of the service, refunds are not generally offered once a reflection has been generated.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of your reflection, please contact me at hello@storytosoul.com and I will work to resolve it.

Revisions and feedback

Story to Soul does not offer revisions or edits to completed reflections.

If you feel unsettled, disappointed, or unsure after receiving your reflection, you are welcome to reach out. While the reflection itself cannot be changed, feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience over time.

Use of AI and automation

Story to Soul uses AI tools as part of the reflection generation process.

The questions, structure, and rules guiding this process have been designed and refined by a human.

The system does not evaluate you, score you, or make judgments about your life. It organizes and reflects what you choose to share according to fixed rules.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review the Privacy page for details on what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Story to Soul does not sell personal data or use your information for advertising.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the structure of the reflection and the report format, belongs to Story to Soul.

You may keep, save, and use your personal reflection for private purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the service or its materials.

Changes to the service

Story to Soul may update or adjust the service over time, including questions, structure, or delivery methods, to improve clarity and quality.

Any changes will remain consistent with the intent of the experience.
