By purchasing or completing a Story to Soul reflection, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

USE OF THE SERVICE

Story to Soul provides guided personal reflection experiences that bring together what you choose to share into a personalized written reflection.

Each Story to Soul reflection explores a particular aspect of your life. The reflections currently available, and what each experience is designed to explore, are described on the Story to Soul website.

This service is intended for personal reflection only. It is not therapy, coaching, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or spiritual instruction.

Story to Soul does not diagnose, advise, direct or predict outcomes. Its purpose is to help you notice and consider patterns, connections and themes across what you choose to share.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Story to Soul is not designed for use during periods of acute crisis or emotional distress. If you are experiencing significant distress, please seek support from a qualified professional or trusted support network.

WHAT YOU WILL PROVIDE

You are responsible for the content you choose to share in the reflection. You may write as much or as little as you wish.

Story to Soul does not verify, fact-check, or supplement your responses. The depth and quality of the reflection you receive depend on what you choose to provide.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

After completing the reflection, you will receive your written report by email, usually within minutes.

Story to Soul makes no guarantees regarding personal insight, emotional impact, or life outcomes.

The report is generated through a structured process that brings together and synthesizes your responses rather than summarizing them question by question. It may provide broader context, but it is not intended to invent personal facts about you or verify the factual accuracy of what you share.

Because each reflection is generated specifically for you based on your input, all purchases are final once the reflection has been delivered.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Story to Soul is a one-time paid experience. Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase.

Because each reflection is created specifically for you based on the responses you provide, refunds are not offered once your personalized reflection has been generated and delivered, except where a technical failure prevents delivery.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of your reflection, please contact hello@storytosoul.com and Story to Soul will work to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this refund policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

USE OF AI AND AUTOMATION

Story to Soul uses artificial intelligence and automated services as part of the process used to create and deliver your reflection.

The guided questions, reflection structures, synthesis rules and methodologies that shape each experience are developed specifically for Story to Soul.

The system does not score, diagnose or make decisions about you. It uses the Story to Soul Synthesis Framework to bring together what you choose to share and identify connections and patterns across your responses.

As described in the Privacy Policy, responses are not routinely read or reviewed by a person. Limited human access may occur where reasonably necessary for technical support, quality or service improvement, or to respond to a request from you.

PRIVACY

Your privacy matters. Please review the Privacy page for details on what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Story to Soul does not sell personal data or use your information for advertising.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Story to Soul website, reflection questions, methodology, structure, branding and report design are the intellectual property of Story to Soul and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or resold for commercial purposes without permission.

Your personal reflection is yours to keep. You may download, save, print and share your completed reflection for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell or distribute the Story to Soul reflection experience, questions, methodology or other proprietary materials as a product or service.

REVISION AND FEEDBACK

Story to Soul does not offer editorial revisions or rewrites of completed reflections based on preference.

If your reflection is incomplete or contains an apparent technical error, please contact hello@storytosoul.com so the issue can be reviewed.

If something about your reflection does not resonate with you, feedback is welcome. The reflection is not intended to be a definitive interpretation of you or your life, and feedback helps improve the experience over time.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

Story to Soul may update or adjust the service over time, including questions, structure, or delivery methods, to improve clarity and quality.

Any changes will remain consistent with the intent of the experience.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of Story to Soul are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
